Cancellation and Refund Policy

WE understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. WE are happy to help make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

The customer must have to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. WE will make every effort to accommodate your request, but WE cannot guarantee that WE will be able to do so.

If the customer cancel order after 24 hours, WE will do our best to cancel it, but any items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

WE offer a 5-day money back guarantee on most of our products. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with unboxing images and videos to initiate a return or exchange.

  • If the customer receives an item that is defective or damaged, WE will replace it for free or refund the cost of the product.
  • If the customer receives an item that is not what was ordered, WE will provide a full refund.
  • If shipment is returned due to Incorrect Mobile Number or Address, The customer will have the option to either request a refund or have the product reshipped.
    1. If the customer opts for a refund, the shipping costs incurred for both the original shipment and the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
    2. If the customer wishes to have the product to be shipped again, the customer will be responsible for paying the charges mentioned in 1st point as well as additional forward shipping charges. These charges must be settled before the product is dispatched again.
  • If the customer is returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us plus cancellation Fee (10% of order value) . WE will provide you with refund upon receipt of the item.

All fees paid to us for training services are non-refundable. WE are unable to issue refunds, regardless of the reason.

If the training services you purchased have not yet been provided, you may have the option of rescheduling for a later date. Please contact us for more information about these options.
