Cancellation and Refund Policy

WE understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. WE are happy to help make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. WE will make every effort to accommodate your request, but WE cannot guarantee that WE will be able to do so.

If you cancel your order after 24 hours, WE will do our best to cancel it, but any items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

WE offer a 5-day money back guarantee on most of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with unboxing images and videos to initiate a return or exchange.

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, WE will replace it for free or refund the cost of the product.
  • If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, WE will provide you with a full refund.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us plus cancellation Fee (10% of order value) . WE will provide you with refund upon receipt of the item.

All fees paid to us for training services are non-refundable. WE are unable to issue refunds, regardless of the reason.

If the training services you purchased have not yet been provided, you may have the option of rescheduling for a later date. Please contact us for more information about these options.
