A microgreens tray is a shallow tray used to grow microgreens. The tray is filled with a soil–less growing medium and the microgreens are grown on top of the medium. The seeds are usually spread out over the medium and then lightly covered with a thin layer of soilless medium. The trays are usually covered with a clear plastic lid to help keep the moisture in and allow for light to penetrate. Once germination done lid is used as bottom to supply moisture to plants.
Each tray is heavy, in each Tray pair – 1 tray has drainage holes and 1 is bottom tray without holes. Which makes perfect condition to grow microgreens and wheatgrass.
Microgreens tray pair is a set of two trays used to grow microgreens. The trays are made of virgin durable plastic and are used to hold hydroponics media and water for the microgreen seeds. The trays are usually stacked on top of one another, with the top tray (tray with holes) containing the microgreen seeds and the bottom tray (tray without hole) collecting the excess moisture.
