Pumps

In hydroponic farming, pumps play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of water, nutrients, and oxygen ensuring plants receive everything they need to grow strong and healthy without soil. There are two main types of pumps used in hydroponic systems:

Air Pump (with Air Stone)

Air pumps push air into the water using tubing and air stones, which release fine bubbles. These bubbles dissolve oxygen into the nutrient solution, keeping the water well-oxygenated.

Submersible Pump (Water Circulation Pump)

Submersible pumps are placed directly in the nutrient tank or reservoir and are used to circulate or push water through the system.
