Half A–shaped hydroponics systems are a type of hydroponic system that feature a vertical, Half A–shaped design. The main components of an Half A–shaped hydroponic system include a reservoir at the base, a pump, a nutrient solution delivery system, NFT Channels (Pipes), and Outlet till reservoir. The reservoir is typically filled with a nutrient solution which is then pumped up to the NFTs where plants can be placed to grow. The nutrient solution is then delivered to the plants via a drip system . The light source provides the plants with the necessary light to photosynthesize and grow. The Half A-shaped design of the system allows for an efficient use of space, as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Additionally, this type of system is relatively easy to set up and maintain.
