How to Grow Microgreens in This Tray:
  1.     Prepare the Growing Medium: Use cocopeat, cocomat, or OASIS sheets as the base layer.
  2.     Spread the Seeds Evenly: Select from the microgreens seed list below.
  3.     Mist Water on the Bottom Tray: This helps maintain moisture without waterlogging.
  4.     Cover with a Second Tray: This creates a dark environment for better root development.
  5.     Expose to Light After Germination: Once sprouted, place the tray under grow lights or natural light.
  6.     Harvest in 7-12 Days: Cut microgreens at the base using clean scissors.
